Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of clients across print and marketing projects. You’ll act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, coordinate with estimating, production, logistics and customer service teams, manage projects from brief through to delivery, identify opportunities to grow accounts and cross-sell Pollards’ services, and maintain proactive communication to ensure high standards and a great customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the print industry is essential
- Previous experience in account management, client services or customer service roles
- Strong understanding of print production processes and workflows
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong IT skills and experience using CRM or MIS systems would be advantageous
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
