Job Summary
Account Manager to manage day-to-day client programs for B2C & B2B brands across MAS Creative, Production, and Strategy teams. Own health and momentum of client experiential programs, ensuring work stays on scope, budget, and quality; collaborate on creative concepts and detailed trackers; bring IRL event expertise and proactive client communication; drive lifecycle from kickoff to post-event closeout, manage budgets and change orders, develop SOWs, lead client status calls, analyze performance data to extract actionable insights, support on-site execution, and identify growth opportunities within client relationships. Requires experience in experiential marketing, event production, and cross-functional collaboration in remote settings; travel to activations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of Account management experience within experiential marketing, event production, or integrated marketing agency
- Experience with B2B and/or B2C brands across tech, entertainment, gaming, or automotive
- Strong background in IRL events, virtual, and hybrid events
- Ability to analyze event data and translate findings into insights for future programs
- Excellent project management skills with multi-workstream coordination
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with brand voice
- Budget management including scope of work development, PO and change order tracking, basic P&L literacy
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools such as Asana; Salesforce experience preferred
- Proficiency with video conferencing platforms (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
- Comfortable working in a remote environment aligned with a larger team
- Availability and willingness to travel to activations as needed
