Job Summary
Manage client relationships and lead assigned account workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. Support project management across timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder expectations, including budget tracking, quotation preparation, invoice management, and forecasting. Drive internal coordination with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure smooth account operations. Develop or review high-quality PR content, including press releases, articles, and pitches, while providing constructive feedback to junior team members. Build and leverage relationships with business, technology, and industry media, leading outreach and interview coordination activities. Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, Marketing or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in corporate communications, B2B technology PR or integrated communications, preferably within an agency environment
- Proven experience supporting or managing enterprise technology, industrial technology, semiconductor, cloud, infrastructure, AI, cybersecurity, storage, manufacturing or related B2B accounts
- Strong understanding of corporate communications, executive visibility, thought leadership and media relations programs
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and contribute strategic communications recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Good understanding of the media landscape
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with regional and global stakeholders is highly preferred
- Experience mentoring junior team members and reviewing account deliverables is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese are highly preferred
- Existing relationships with business, technology or industry media are a plus
