Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for developing new business, stimulating sales growth of existing accounts, managing regional leads, onboarding new customers, and selling a full range of products and services. Key responsibilities include qualifying new leads, relationship building, ensuring customer growth through proactive solutions, coordinating order management, and engaging in re-activation campaigns for dormant accounts. This role requires effective collaboration with internal teams, monitoring sales plans and key performance indicators, and maintaining customer satisfaction. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel often is required
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communications Skills
- Good Interpersonal, Time Management, and Presentation Skills
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial sales experience preferred
- 2 years of electronics distribution experience preferred
- Sales Pipeline/funnel management
- Advanced skill in MS Office specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point
