Job Summary
Account Manager (Dallas–Remote) at Tesoro Group to manage client relationships, develop recruiting strategies, oversee end-to-end client recruiting processes, and collaborate with a recruiting team in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. Responsibilities include managing accounts of various sizes, understanding client hiring needs, launching candidate searches with clear timelines, building relationships with business leaders, coordinating interviews and offers, presenting qualified candidates to clients, and visiting industry events to expand networks. The role requires leading a team of recruiters, directing sourcing priorities, ensuring pipeline development, supporting interview preparation and client feedback, and contributing to new business opportunities. Candidate must have prior staffing or recruiting experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work with clients from C-level to entry-level roles. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus and compensation includes base salary plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Sales experience, preferably in Staffing
- Experience in Account Management
- Ability to communicate with client leaders of all levels
- Independent work capability and time management
