Job Summary
Manage and grow an established customer base by conducting regular face-to-face visits, cold calling workshops, and auto electricians to build strong relationships. Identify and win new business through proactive sales activity, preparing quotes, negotiating, and closing deals while monitoring competitor activity. Support the branch when required within your regional patch covering Coffs Harbour, Macksville, Yamba, and Dorrigo. This hands-on, on-the-road role offers genuine autonomy to drive business growth within Australia's leading automotive aftermarket network.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Automotive or trade industry exposure (highly regarded, not essential)
