Job Summary
Leading and managing the Strasburg office, the Account Manager Team Lead will oversee business operations and support business development strategies. Required Qualifications
- Prior insurance related experience required. Min of 10 years.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven ability to manage people, including 1-3 years of prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales process and ability to influence others is necessary.
- Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good listening skills are required as well as desire to solve problems.
- Highly motivated and goal oriented.
- Good organizational and process management skills.
- Solid computer skills.
