Job Summary
Account Manager in Fridley, MN providing consultative, service-based experience; acts as project manager liaison between customer and manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and profitability; responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, aligning with Sales Rep on expectations, communicating production schedules, resolving production issues, providing sales support (pricing, capacity, schedules), managing multiple accounts/projects, documenting SOPs, leading regular customer meetings, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Must have Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of customer service experience; proficient in MS Office; strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; prior print/manufacturing experience preferred; salary $65,000–$75,000.
