Account Manager (Taste)

Job Summary
Account Manager for the Taste division with responsibility for driving sustainable profitable sales and market share growth by identifying customer needs, establishing solid customer relationships, coordinating activities, and promoting solutions aligned with corporate strategy. Lead commercial negotiations (core listing, pricing, terms, rebates), act as the main customer contact, and oversee projects through collaboration with CI/Marketing/Creative teams. Develop a commercial strategy for the allocated customer portfolio, set clear targets (sales/GP/new wins/growth), communicate plans to stakeholders, manage project updates, defend and grow accounts, and pursue new business opportunities while coordinating internal and external teams. Requires ~5-7 years of sales experience in food flavours/ingredients, strong B2B project management capability, proficiency in business English, and a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Food/Chemical Engineering). Best fit includes analytical thinking, creativity, negotiation, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Food/ Chemical Engineering)
- 5-7 years of experience in sales of food flavours and ingredients
- Strong B2B project management experience
- Effective business English and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Ability to develop commercial strategy and meet targets
