Job Summary
Conduct client meetings and trainings with Local Educational Agencies while managing onboarding, compliance documentation, and program enrollment. Analyze quarterly coding reports and client participation data to identify reimbursement opportunities and recommend strategies for improving efficiency and compliance. Educate stakeholders on DHCS regulations, best practices, and service logging standards to ensure adherence to LEC/LGA guidelines. Serve as an escalation point for complex account issues and collaborate across departments to support claims submission and internal staff needs. Maintain current knowledge of program regulations through assigned trainings and monitor communications for updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and/or an equivalent combination of related professional experience
- 1–3 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to build professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Comfortable conducting client meetings, presentations, and training
- Ability to analyze information and provide strategic recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while working independently
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of two days per week in the office
- Ability and willingness to travel to client locations, trainings, conferences, events, and company meetings as needed, including occasional overnight travel
