Job Summary
Identify new prospects' insurance needs, market appropriate products, and provide quotes. Help existing clients review insurance policies while generating cross-selling opportunities. Assist the agent in establishing and meeting marketing goals. This IN OFFICE sales position offers a high salary base plus commission and bonus. We provide all marketing resources and one-to-one training. Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is preferred, along with a Property and Casualty license obtainable after offer.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Chinese / Spanish
- Excellent communication skills in written, listening and speaking
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain after offer)
- Goal Oriented- experienced in tracking quotas & sales goals
