Job Summary
Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member: Insurance Sales Representative responsible for developing leads and generating new business, scheduling appointments with prospective customers, identifying customer needs, and recommending insurance and financial products. Build strong customer relationships, provide thorough follow-up, and meet or exceed sales goals. Base salary plus commission and bonuses ($70,000–$80,000+ expected) with a $1,000 signing bonus. Training and career-growth opportunities, including potential tracks in leadership and financial services. Requires licensing in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or ability to obtain) and in-office work. Training program includes learning to market auto, home, life, health, and financial services products and developing product knowledge and customer conversation skills.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be able to work in office — this is not a remote position
