Job Summary
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth while conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues and use knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Act as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments to improve lives through proactive marketing of relevant products and services. This role supports Tim Shoopman - State Farm Agent in growing the agency through meaningful customer relations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations
