Job Summary
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth while conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues and use knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. This Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member role requires P&C and Life & Health Licenses with CA DOI, proven track record of meeting sales targets, and experience in insurance sales or account management at State Farm.
