Job Summary
Account Manager role with a State Farm agent team focusing on relationship-building, sales conversations, and client-focused insurance recommendations. Generate and follow up with leads through calls, referrals, networking, and community engagement; build strong client relationships; identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products; meet individual and team sales goals; maintain accurate client information using agency systems; deliver a professional, solutions-focused client experience; contribute to a high-performance team environment. Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses, ongoing training, and career advancement opportunities. Location-based responsibilities include serving clients in Gainesville, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience required
- Insurance or financial services experience preferred
- Property & Casualty license required before starting
- Life & Health license must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and committed to excellent client service
