Job Summary
Support insurance clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and account servicing while coordinating renewals, submitting applications, and communicating with carriers. Partner with the sales team to drive client retention, new business opportunities, and referrals. Maintain accurate client records, prepare insurance documents, and deliver exceptional customer service ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. Requires an active property and casualty license, three years of customer service and sales experience, and a college degree.
