Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries via email and telephone while providing product and service information. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns, then document and update customer records based on interactions. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. This role requires self-motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. onsite.
