Job Summary
The Account Manager Sr Lead, Strategic Accounts will drive full post-sale client value and operational excellence for strategic clients within FIS Treasury & Risk solutions. Responsibilities include leading outcome-focused conversations, sustaining strong stakeholder relationships, co-creating success plans, analyzing client health and product usage, driving issue resolution, and identifying expansion opportunities. Candidates should possess 8–10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in Client Success, Client Service/Support, Account Management, or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree; relevant experience in financial technology services supporting Tier 1 / strategic clients
- Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate business value to various stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with FIS Enterprise Platforms
- Knowledge of financial technology industry
- Domain expertise in Treasury and/or Risk
