Job Summary
Own the revenue outcome for a high-value portfolio of franchise enterprise accounts by serving as a trusted executive advisor to C-suite stakeholders and franchise leaders. Proactively monitor portfolio health metrics to identify friction points early, resolve challenges before churn risk escalates, and maintain industry-leading retention and satisfaction scores. Drive expansion revenue through strategic upsells, cross-sells, and end-to-end renewal negotiations while leading high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews and annual growth roadmaps. Coach internal specialist teams on campaign alignment and quality standards, partnering with sales and marketing functions to solve complex client challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing account management / client success experience in a fast-paced digital agency setting
- Proven background managing complex franchise, multi-location, or enterprise B2B accounts
- 5+ years of demonstrated ownership over revenue targets, upsells, renewals, and retention metrics
- Proven track record communicating, presenting to, and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Comprehensive expertise across key channels (Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Content, Analytics, UX)
- Solid experience leveraging CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and agency workflow/analytics tools
- Must be a legal resident residing in one of the 50 United States
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience in Franchise Development (brand expansion, lead generation for new franchisee acquisition)
- Formal training in strategic negotiation or key account management frameworks
- Experience implementing strategic account roadmaps and executive sponsor programs
