Job Summary
Account Manager handling a defined book of business across EMEA with 150+ customers, focusing on retaining clients and growing revenue, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and cross-selling opportunities. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese (French a plus), willingness to relocate to the Gdynia area for a hybrid 3-day office week, and the ability to collaborate with Customer Success Managers and internal partners to drive migrations, projects, and service improvements while logging activities for accurate forecasting. You'll be connecting client use cases to our financial services solutions, building relationships, and acting as the go-to contact for clients within the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- fluency in English
- fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- prior Sales & Account Management experience
- live in or be willing to move to the Tricity area
- outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- ability to spot customer trends and strategies
- team-spirit and friendly demeanor
- growth mindset and relevant experience in financial services or related fields
