Job Summary
Own and grow a portfolio of Spanish merchants for idealo, shaping and driving inventory, assortment, and performance in the Spanish market. You will proactively advise merchants, lead strategic projects (onboarding optimisations, assortment expansions, promotional campaigns), monitor performance and identify growth levers, stay attuned to market trends, and collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Country Team ES, CRM, Data) to ensure merchant and market needs are reflected in the roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish at native level
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in Account Management or Sales, ideally in e-commerce or a digital/tech-driven environment
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships
- Comfortable working with numbers and performance data; analytical, structured approach
- Familiar with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Ambitious, outcome-focused, and driven to achieve meaningful results for customers and the business
