Job Summary
Account Manager to drive growth across the Southwest U.S. in a field-based role with up to 60% travel. Manage and grow a multi-state territory (Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico) by developing strong partnerships with manufacturing customers and distributors, identifying and converting opportunities through technical and application-based selling, and expanding business within existing accounts by introducing productivity-improving grinding solutions. Collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations teams to deliver customer solutions, represent Radiac at customer facilities, industry events, and trade shows, and maintain opportunities within the CRM while executing territory growth strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial or technical sales experience
