Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through tailored presentations and proactive client-focused selling, while maximizing revenue opportunities. Proactively prospect new clients, achieve and exceed sales targets within a portfolio of agency and direct clients, maintain and grow client portfolios, identify marketing challenges and collaborate on tailored solutions. Build strong relationships, stay updated on SCA products, and implement plans to achieve revenue goals. Requires exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to engage and influence target audiences. Experience in identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions, ideally within media or advertising. Strong negotiation skills to maximize value for clients and the business. 2-3 years of business-to-business selling and new business development experience with a proven track record of success.
