Job Summary
Site Manager overseeing accounts and supervising a team in cleaning and facilities operations for office, medical, and commercial buildings. Responsibilities include daily operations, KPI achievement, strategic account development, budget/financial compliance, managing site management project teams, administrative tasks, routine inspections, enforcing safety policies, interviewing/hiring/training staff, resolving issues, purchasing and maintaining equipment, sending monthly condition reports to customers, and supervising timekeeping and staff performance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of progressive maintenance experience with supervisory duties, plus strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, problem-solving and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from 4 year college
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience and responsibility in a maintenance field, two of which were holding a supervisory position directing a multi-functional maintenance staff
- Strong mechanical aptitudes, and a working knowledge of electrical, and mechanical systems
- Excellent trouble shooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to define problems, and resolve them quickly
- Familiarity with all current health and safety regulations
- Requires strong supervisory skills, coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with ever changing priorities and or situations
- Must be a self-starter who can work well with people at all levels both in and out of the plant
