Job Summary
Account Manager oversees a number of customer accounts within cleaning and facilities management across multiple job sites in the assigned region, including supervision of site management teams, ensuring KPIs and standards, budgeting/compliance, safety training, hiring and developing staff, conducting inspections, reporting, and coordinating supplies and equipment for office, commercial, or institutional buildings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory/management experience or degree from 4 year college or 2 year technical institute is preferred
- Associates degree with technical training in plant engineering, or factory/plant maintenance, Bachelors preferred
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a maintenance field
- Strong mechanical aptitudes and working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work with people at all levels
