Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for selling software solutions, managing client relationships, delivering live demos, onboarding new clients, and providing ongoing support to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This onsite role in Quezon City involves coordinating with Canadian and Australian clients, following Canadian holidays, and working Monday–Friday with a night shift aligned to Manila time. The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent experience) and 2–5 years in SaaS sales, with strong English communication and collaborative, proactive capabilities. The role emphasizes building client relationships, identifying revenue opportunities, and staying current with industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing and/or equivalent job-related experience
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS sales and licensing
- Experience supporting Canadian and/or Australian customers is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and business environments
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
