Job Summary
Develop and support influencer communication deliverables, acting as project lead on campaigns while building strategic influencer programs including partner selection, vetting, outreach, and negotiation. Execute cross-channel media strategies by placing and tracking ads across platforms like Meta, X, TikTok, and YouTube, and manage creative specs and assets with production partners. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to forecast budgets, invoice clients, and promote organic growth of the existing client base. Demonstrate superior client communication skills by updating the broader team on emerging trends in the Canadian social media landscape.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in public relations with experience in the influencer space
- Extensive experience in media relations, social media, event management and influencer relations
- Experience with social media platforms such as Meta, Instagram, X, Pinterest, etc.
- Post-graduate diploma in Public Relations, Corporate Communications or related discipline
- Track record of developing creative public relations strategies and programs
- A passion for working with exciting international brands
- Excellent communication skills, dynamic, team player, excellent time management and organizational skills
- Passionately committed to collaboration
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, presentation and communication skills; dynamic team player
- Shows strong initiative as an entrepreneurial thinker taking independent actions and calculated risks
- Superior time management and organizational abilities
