Job Summary
Account Manager at Snap Inc based in Sydney, Australia. Build, manage, and grow relationships with advertisers and agency partners, collaborate with Product, Marketing Science, and Client Partner teams to design insight-driven digital campaigns on Snapchat, analyze campaign performance to guide KPI-driven measurement, optimize campaigns for ROI, and upsell opportunities. Serve as product expert, educate clients on Snap’s products and best practices, drive adoption of the self-service platform and auction-based tools, and provide ongoing technical support and real-time analysis. Must work in a structured, cross-functional environment with a bias for data-driven decision making and strong relationship-building with senior-level executives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong Google Sheets/Slides skills, experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable insights
