Job Summary
Account Manager for SMB portfolio in North America responsible for growing existing accounts, developing high levels of customer engagement with key decision makers, understanding customers’ businesses to maximize Perk usage, identifying growth opportunities, delivering regular business reviews and analyses to senior stakeholders, and achieving quarterly up-selling and cross-selling targets. You’ll act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth product integrations during roll-outs, prioritize time for high-impact activities, and maintain strong client relationships that shape travel programs and maximize value.
Required Qualifications

- Outstanding presentation & communication skills and the ability to build deep relationships
