Job Summary
Account Manager-SMB Sales responsible for prospecting and consulting with customers to identify business challenges and deliver tailored software solutions. You’ll develop and qualify leads within your territory through cold-calling, partner-selling, and lead-generation campaigns, grow existing accounts, and present multi-product solutions (Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP, Google platforms). You’ll track progress in Salesforce, drive sales, and manage relationships with key decision makers, while traveling up to 50% within your assigned geographic sales territory. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience and 3+ years of sales experience; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel. In a mobile role, you’ll work from customer or field locations with occasional visits to a Verizon location for in-person training and meetings.
