Job Summary
Account Manager-SMB Sales role requiring a blend of hunter and relationship-management skills. You’ll consult with customers to identify business challenges and deliver tailored solutions across multiple product areas (Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP, Google platforms), drive new opportunities through cold-calling, partner-selling, lead-generation, and modern social selling, and grow revenue with existing accounts. You’ll qualify and develop leads within your territory, build relationships with key decision makers, present multi-product solutions, and track progress with sales-force automation. Expect travel within your assigned geographic sales territory (up to ~50%) and a mobile/field-focused work environment. A Bachelor’s degree or three+ years of relevant experience is required, along with strong presentation skills, ability to articulate complex technology in business terms, and a valid driver’s license.
