Job Summary
Account Manager for SMB-Business Sales at Verizon. You’ll hunt and prospect within your territory, consult with customers to identify business challenges, and present tailored, multi-product solutions across Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP, and Google platforms to deliver measurable value and revenue. Build relationships with key decision makers, educate customers, and drive opportunities through cold-calling, partner-selling, and modern social selling techniques. Track progress in Salesforce, utilizing Velocity Selling methodology to boost efficiency and decision-making. The role emphasizes managing existing accounts while growing new opportunities, achieving sales targets, and leveraging a comprehensive benefits package and commission opportunities. Requires ability to travel up to 50% and operate in a mobile/field role with occasional in-person training, primarily working from customer or field locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or three or more years of work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Valid driver’s license
