Job Summary
Account Manager, Small Business role in Montréal, QC for TD. Build and expand relationships with small business clients by understanding their needs, coordinating with Internal Branch Banking, Commercial Banking Centers, and Wealth partners to deliver holistic banking solutions, and driving revenue growth. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and participate in a collaborative work environment. Strong emphasis on client relationship development, networking with local business leaders to establish centers of influence, and delivering a legendary customer experience. Bilingual French language responsiveness is noted for Quebec, with a focus on servicing clients in the local community and retail branches. Training, onboarding, and career development are provided as part of TD’s culture. This is a client-facing, in-person role based in Montréal and Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to cultivate long-term client relationships and acquire new clients
