Account Manager, Small Business responsible for building and expanding relationships with local small business clients, collaborating with Internal Branch Banking, Commercial Banking Centers, and Wealth partners to provide holistic advice, and driving growth through understanding client needs and delivering tailored information and resources. Will actively network with local business leaders to create centers of influence, maintain knowledge of emerging trends, and contribute to team knowledge transfer while delivering a legendary customer experience and achieving target results. Requires a university degree or relevant entry-level experience; accounting/finance coursework is an asset. Strong communication, time management, organizational skills, and ability to cultivate long-term client relationships are essential.
