Job Summary
Build and expand customer relationships within the local small business community by networking with business leaders to establish centers of influence. Deliver a legendary customer experience by understanding client needs and providing customized information and advice suited for each business. Liaise with the internal branch banking network, commercial banking centers, and wealth partners to enable holistic advice and resources. Keep current on emerging trends and business tools while participating in knowledge transfer within the team. Support a positive work environment through timely communication of issues and full team participation.
