Job Summary
Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, understanding needs to provide tailored solutions and resolve inquiries. Identify growth opportunities to expand services with existing clients and forge partnerships with new clients to drive revenue. Collaborate with internal teams and the sales team to ensure timely delivery, onboarding, and to upsell or cross-sell services. Track account performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and present findings to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 7-10 years of experience, and familiarity with firearms or outdoor retail industries. Must be available to travel up to 20% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in account management, sales, customer service, or a related field
- Must be available to travel up to 20% of the time
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts successfully
- Experience in firearms, hunting/shooting, or outdoor retail industries
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, departmental, and corporate goals
- Critical thinking ability - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Ability to monitor and assess performance of self, team members and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action
