Job Summary
Prioritize engaging with customers by promoting sales of service policies, repairs, maintenance, and automation systems while signing legal contracts and documents. Conduct technical and commercial visits to evaluate client needs, identify new potential customers from the installed base, and execute sales strategies to expand market penetration. Collaborate with national account coordination and BAS2Service to evaluate installations for energy savings and manage service accounts to ensure satisfaction. Maintain updated opportunity information in Sales Force and follow up on extended warranty projects to convert them into service contracts.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of capital goods, heavy machinery service policies, substations, elevators, etc.
- Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency
- Experience selling intangible products and services
- Advanced sales techniques
- Availability to travel
