Job Summary
Account Manager/Service Specialist providing primary support for Account Partners, managing client renewals, processing documents such as proposals and applications, coordinating with Accounting, handling claims, assisting with remarketing and client retention, and maintaining detailed client files with accurate data entry; collaborates with carriers to negotiate renewal terms and supports preparation of client renewal materials and policy options.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a support or customer service role within the insurance sector
- Must obtain a Pennsylvania Insurance License within a designated timeframe post-hire
- Proficient with basic computer operations and software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, patience, and a keen desire to learn and grow within the industry
