Job Summary
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns, receiving client briefs and contributing to proposal development. Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion while supporting budget management and expense tracking. Prepare meeting materials, campaign reports, and post-campaign performance summaries, maintaining strong relationships with clients and influencers. Proactively identify issues and escalate to the Account Manager as needed. This role requires 4–5 years of experience in account management or digital marketing, with a preference for agency backgrounds and influencer marketing knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, or Digital Marketing
- Experience or strong interest in Influencer Marketing/KOL campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork mindset and clear communication skills
