Job Summary
Account Manager for the Seating division based at Lear’s UK HQ in Coventry. Own commercial management of complete seat programs, negotiate series projects and contracts with customers from Buyer to Senior Management, manage P&L, pricing, profitability, and aging debt while delivering programs with committed financial metrics. Drive customer relationships with OEMs and supply-chain stakeholders, prepare engineering change quotations, maintain internal reporting, support business-case approvals, and ensure timely cash collection. Prioritize high-level communication and organizational skills to manage price changes, margin impacts, and cross-functional collaboration to close commercial issues.
