Job Summary
Oversee meeting notes and send prompt recaps to internal and client parties. Coordinate resources to service project scopes by developing strategic operational plans, creative briefs, and status spreadsheets while balancing client expectations. Implement client Standard Operating Procedures into agency milestone deliveries and review periods. Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure smooth production, align timelines to client needs, and meet submission deadlines. Serve as the day-to-day client contact on select projects, debriefing regularly with Senior Account Directors. Drive the creation of billable job codes and assist in monthly revenue recognition meetings. Participate in new business opportunities by writing and populating proposals and Statements of Work. Model essential job functions and company SOPs for junior staff while collaborating on onboarding and training. Maintain professional standards in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, communications, art, computer graphics or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Degree in biomedical visualization from an AMA accredited graduate program is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Outlook is highly desirable
- Familiarity with animated media/motion graphics, web/app, and experiential technology (i.e., VR/AR, etc.) is highly desirable
- Problem solver, collaborator, confident, and organized
- Detail-oriented and can effectively multi-task between various ongoing projects
- Has a strong work ethic and is eager to learn from an experienced, strategically creative account and project management team
- Maintains professional manner in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Adept interpersonal abilities with aptitude to engage well with teams and clients
- You are adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow
- You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data
- You are highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadline
Desired Qualifications
