Job Summary
Account Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio across multiple sites in Ontario, including site visits to ensure safety and customer service standards, and the management of hourly cleaners and subcontractors. Build and foster relationships with key clients and store managers, handle complaints promptly, and oversee scheduling, hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Requires 2-3 years of supervisory/manager experience, a valid driver's license, and strong English communication and customer-service skills. Role includes travel across listed sites with the option to work from home when not visiting sites; must be able to support 24/7 emergency needs and coordinate with regional leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years in a previous Supervisor or Manager position
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent proficiency of the English language in both written and verbal communication
- Ambitious, enthusiastic and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lead a team while fostering a strong team connection and collaboration
- Willingness to learn the cleaning industry
