Job Summary
Develop and grow relationships with Eye Care Practitioners to increase territory revenue by selling Alcon's vision care portfolio. Set clear objectives for each sales interaction based on decision maker needs and execute marketing plans to drive product adoption. Collaborate with colleagues on executional plans that meet customer and organizational goals while adapting approaches to shifting demands. Reach targeted accounts through consistent call metrics and use compelling arguments to gain support for Alcon's innovative technology. Maintain compliance with regulations and deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs.; Assoc.+6 yrs.; M.S.)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
