Job Summary
Increase territory revenue by selling Alcon's vision care portfolio through needs-based selling with Eye Care Practitioners. Develop and grow relationships while executing strategic plans, setting clear objectives for each sales interaction based on decision maker needs. Collaboratively create executional plans to meet customer and organization needs, and execute marketing plans to drive product adoption. Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas while maintaining call metrics and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs.; Assoc.+6 yrs.; M.S.)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
