Account Manager/Sales

Gather necessary measurements and information on properties and project sites, then analyze proposals, specifications, and blueprints to determine time, labor, materials, and product costs. Manage multiple project estimates by creating labor estimates and presenting prepared estimates to clients while resolving cost discrepancies through vendor and contractor data collection. Maintain current material prices from vendors and develop relationships with company vendors and contractors. Develop new customers and property managers by performing roof inspections for potential customers, attend all sales meetings and trainings, and make presentations where applicable. Follow the Company's bid procedures and use industry electronic tools to support sales activity reporting to the Vice President of Sales.
