Account Manager/Sales Property Care

Account Manager for Aspen Ridge Lawn and Landscape focused on managing property care accounts in Rapid City. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, foremen, and crews to meet project scopes, budgets, and timelines; assisting with budgets and timelines; coordinating teams to meet milestones; estimating, reporting, and recording bids; tracking billable hours and profit; organizing regular client meetings; preparing and presenting proposals and bids; meeting monthly sales goals; assisting with logistics for property care services; and participating in daily meetings with foreman to discuss jobs and hours, while supervising crews and ensuring quality control on job sites. Prior gardening, property care, landscape, horticulture, or construction experience is preferred. Job Type: Full-time. Compensation: $59,000-$79,000 per year plus sales commission.
