Job Summary
Account Manager, North America Sales, Electrical Steels. Drive growth for the new NOES division by managing strategic customer relationships across auto and non-auto markets, developing account plans, coordinating cross-functional teams (including Global R&D), and supporting customers from product launch to ongoing sales. Build and maintain customer relationships through in-person visits, lead negotiations on day-to-day issues, provide market and customer intelligence to Sales and Marketing, track KPI performance, prepare monthly reports, and travel up to ~40% across North America. Serve as the product expert, identify customer requirements, assist with pricing and quotations, and contribute to annual business planning using CRM tools and Power BI. Cross-functional collaboration with commercial, technical, and manufacturing teams to achieve profitability, volume, delivery, and service objectives. Needed skills include sales and account management expertise, knowledge of Electrical Steels, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, strong communication, and ability to manage non-traditional schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Up to 30-40% travel time.
- Sales and Account Management expertise.
- Knowledge and experience with Electrical Steels.
- Accomplished skills with Microsoft Suite.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
