Job Summary
Account Manager role focused on sales support, client management, and growth for a Bangkok-based consultancy. You will support inbound leads, qualification, proposals, client discovery calls, CRM upkeep (HubSpot), and lead generation, while coordinating with project managers and the marketing team. You’ll manage communications with smaller client accounts, document next actions from meetings, identify upsell opportunities, and help ensure deadlines and deliverables stay on track. Hands-on exposure to real client accounts, proposals, and growth strategies, with direct work on conversations, presentations, and sales documents, plus opportunities to develop skills in digital marketing, CRM systems, AI workflows, and advanced client relationships. Hybrid work model with 1–2 office days per week; requires Thai language proficiency and strong English communication, plus 1–3 years in sales/account management or related roles.
