Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide support via phone and email. Document and manage interactions using our system while developing rapport with clients to help them navigate their needs. Master our technology and products to become an expert resource for your customers. This onsite role in Melbourne, Florida, requires strong communication skills and self-motivation, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We offer a clear path for advancement from within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- comfortable and quick with computers and new software
- self-motivated
- don't need constant supervision
- ready to put in the effort to succeed
- clearly and professionally convey information, both in writing and on the phone
- background in customer service, retail, sales, or a similar field
