Account Manager - Rubber

Job Summary
Account Manager - Rubber will drive profitable sales growth and proactively manage, maintain and expand Prime’s rubber and automotive customer base in the assigned region by leading and motivating direct reports to perform. Responsibilities include pursuing new and targeted accounts, achieving annual sales plan objectives, developing and growing relationships with current and prospective customers, making regular telephone calls and in-person visits, providing accurate company introductions, delivering weekly area market reports, leading commercial development of new products, forecasting based on sales history, coordinating with logistics and finance to meet customer expectations, generating sales leads and managing a sales target pipeline, tracking competitors, maximizing inventory turns and minimizing logistics costs, updating knowledge through ongoing learning, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (engineering related to rubber), 10-15 years of experience in a similar field, fluent German and English, and travel at least 25% of the time. #PrimeEurope
Required Qualifications

- 10 - 15 years of experience in a similar field
